About the ‘Light’ portfolio
A collection of photos that were mostly taken at sunrise, sunset or during the ‘golden hours’ around the edge of the day. Light allows the landscape to be seen and appreciated in infinite new ways and gives life to the 2 dimensional artform of photography. These photographs are some of the closest I can come to conveying my connection and emotion while out in nature. The interplay of light and shadow completely captivates and elevates my experiences to the point that not another thought enters my mind while quietly observing it play out across the landscape.
